Our croissants are made using layers and layers of dough and butter. A thin layer of dough is covered in a layer of butter and then folded. This process continues, sometimes there are more than forty layers of dough and butter.

Flour, Sugar, Salt, White Yeast, Lecithin, Milk Powder, Vanilla, Egg, Ice, and Butter.
